This portfolio of ten coloured plates is known only from two copies sold at auction, one from the famous Sieglinde and Karl Ludwig Leonhardt collection in 2009, and the other at an Ader Paris auction in March 2020, when it sold for 1,625 Euros. Though it has no artist attribution, the style and subject matter is so like other Courbouleix work that there is little hesitation in identifying these prints as originating from early in his career, hence the tentative date of 1925.

Each of the explicitly sexual plates features strong lines and bold but not garish colour. It is not hard to see why they were popular, or why so very few copies appear to have survived.

This portfolio was produced in a limited numbered edition of 100 copies.
