Franz von Bayros’s second collaboration with Munich publisher-bookseller C.W. Stern was Die Memoiren der Fanny Hill, an illustrated translation of John Cleland’s 1748 classic Memoirs of a Woman of Pleasure.

The six illustrations are similar in style and content to the Fleurette portfolio, though unfortunately the poorer paper quality detracts from the crispness of the originals.

Fanny Hill was produced in two volumes in a numbered limited edition of 800 copies.
