Three years after Barnum, Jean Boullet put together another portfolio of semihuman oddities in Metamorphoses, a collection which includes an imaginative array of animal and bird parts including an owl, a lizard and an elephant, all in in erotically charged poses.

Metamorphoses was published by Toutain, Paris, in a limited numbered edition of 515 copies.
