A new navigation tool

In 1929 a trilogy of cheap paperbacks was published in Paris telling the story of young ‘inverti’ Fredi – ‘a woman in a man’s body’. The mixture of voyeurism, curiosity and sympathy was characteristic of much interwar homosexual literature.
